The Swedish National Council on Medical Ethics will celebrate its 30th anniversary by hosting an international conference: Hindsight and foresight – based on 30 years of medical ethics. The conference will take place on 9-10 September in the Conference centre at the Prime Minister´s Office (Rosenbad) in Stockholm.
Leading national and international experts will present a variety of current topics – an philosophical and bioethical “smörgåsbord”. The aim of the Conference is to discuss future challanges in the field of biomedicine, policy-making, the role of national ethics councils and other bodies working in the filed of ethics.
